**Order Processing**
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email/message once your order has been processed and shipped.

**Delivery Timeframes**
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

- **Metro Cities:** 2–5 business days
- **Other Locations:** 4–8 business days
- **Remote Areas:** 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

**Shipping Charges**
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount, as indicated on our website at the time of purchase.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor the status of your delivery.

**Delayed or Lost Shipments**
