**Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all cosmetic, skincare, beauty, and personal care products sold by BEND REALITY LAB™ are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products

- Skincare products

**Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
- An incomplete order

*Replacement Policy
We want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition. If your order qualifies, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements are eligible for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Product arrived defective
- Missing items from your order
- Severely compromised packaging affecting product integrity
